Day 1 - 31 Day Blog Post Challenge - Challenging Myself. OMG! LOL

 Challenges, Choices Creates Change

I am looking forward to participating in a fun 31 day blog challenge.  For 31 days I’m going to be posting something on my blog.  It will be scheduled topics already decided generally about my life and other things that I enjoy. 

Day 1 is to Post an introduction to the challenge and some pictures from the last couple months.

    

Gave myself a little makeover and it felt so good.  I can feel myself lighter and know I shed some old trauma that wasn't serving me.  Funny how a haircut can make you feel.

February was about awareness, challenging my thoughts and make change happen for me.  March is about choices and learning to pivot when life happen and creating  movement to keep inspiring myself.  Movement looks different for everyone so I am not comparing my life to anyone else and learning to dance in my own my beautiful world.  

Go ahead take the leap, make that choice you've been wanting to make.  Take that course, join that group, reach out to that friend or chop your hair off (LOL), get extensions, sign up for your own challenges to stretch your mind body and soul.  You'll never regret growing.  What ever it is that will challenge and get you outside your comfort zone guaranteed will help you grow and set your soul on fire.  I know when I get too comfortable and stop challenging myself I stop growing as a human.  That is the real danger in my opinion.  I am here to become aware, grow and evolve.

I'm excited to start practicing and learning how to navigate the back end of the blog.  It has been a learning curve and I know practice makes progress. I'm looking forward to creating new habits.

   

 

This is all for fun and along the way challenge myself and learning to not take life so seriously.  I feel no pressure to fail it’s all about progress for me. Practice my writing, get inspired to share and learn all the best parts of this blog journey.
